Dr. Gracia was a very good teacher who did not allow students to disrupt the learning of other class members. She kept the class on task. When she discovered that some of her students did not know how to create K-8 mathematics lessons that included the use of a computer, she set up a hands-on laboratory session for us. She also set up a co-operative learning group project for students so that we could have the experience of creating mathematics lessons for an elementary school classroom. I was very surprised when she presented each group with all of the supplies that they would need for their projects. We did not have any out-of-pocket expenses. I enjoyed this class.
