This is just a hard class if you don't know much about computers how they work and programs on them. The programs were easy to learn if you don't know them, but concept exams are really hard because you have to read the book. He does a terrible job at explaining the course and how to succeed in the class, he acted like we should already know what to do. I am sure there is someone easier to take then him.
